Hi and welcome to my website featuring the P&O Liners Strathaird, Strathnaver,  Strathmore, Stratheden, Strathallan,  Arcadia and Iberia and the Orient Liners Orcades and Orsova. My name is Mel Barton-Ancliffe and my interest began the day before my tenth birthday in 1957. This was the day my family boarded SS Strathaird at Tilbury Docks. And so began an adventure which probably was the ultimate experience in the life of any 10 year old boy.  Many thanks to the contributors who I will attempt to acknowledge beneath any photograph submitted. I will try to bring more ships to the site as time and money permit. Thanks also to P&O - Orient Lines.
A DVD of many P & O Orient Line Ships is now available from a UK Group.  I have agreed to help promote this DVD in order to raise funds for the maintenance of this site.
